• Advise and provide technical support to State Level Nodal Agency to plan and design Solid Waste Management policies and projects.
• Provide technical support to the State Mission Directorate to review and verify designs and needs analyses of the proposed and ongoing solid waste management projects in the cities and the state.
• Provide technical support the State Mission Directorate to set monitoring systems for cities and the State for solid waste management project including information on the composition and volume of waste generated from domestic and commercial sources as required for the preparation of a solid waste management plan.
• Provide technical advice and support to State Mission Directorate in the collection and transportation program, including vehicle routing, based on detailed and updated city maps; confirm equipment requirements; and preparation and specifications for tenders.
• Provide technical support the State Mission Directorate to ascertain the preferred options for collection and willingness to pay for improved waste collection by households and businesses and determine the potential for private sector participation in waste collection, recycling, transportation and disposal.
• Provide support to cities and the State regarding changes in the institutional arrangements for improving collection, transportation, and disposal of solid wastes.
• Provide support to cities in carrying out sample survey to assess options for waste reduction and recycling and the demand and market for composting.
• Provide Support to any other related activities as decided by the State High Powered Steering Committee (HPSC) and the Secretary .
• Performance Monitoring of the hired concessionaires, review of the deliverables and report the same to the Mission Director.
• Preparation of Various by laws for State and implement the same as well as preparation of City and State Sanitation Plan (Sanitation & SWM).

Additionally, my professional experience extends to encompass business development, enabling me to approach conservation initiatives from a well-rounded perspective.
As a TOFTigers’ PUG Auditor, my role has allowed me to conduct numerous PUG eco-rating audits as part of the organization's renowned certification program. These audits have enabled me to evaluate and assess the environmental sustainability practices implemented by accommodation providers within protected areas. Moreover, my qualifications as an internationally-recognized auditor by the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) further demonstrate my commitment to ensuring adherence to globally recognized standards.
Over the course of six years, I have actively contributed to community-based conservation initiatives, emphasizing the significance of engaging local communities in preserving and safeguarding our river ecosystems in the remote areas of Bihar and Jharkhand. This invaluable experience has enhanced my ability to foster meaningful partnerships and drive positive change on a grassroots level.
