With 23 years of waste and resource management experience, I have held three senior management positions at Biffa, ranging from Head of Corporate Accounts, Corporate Account Director, and Commercial Development Manager. The final role was a new proposition and innovation role, identifying new products, services, propositions, and innovations for Biffa. During the role, I wrote over 20 business cases, spent 2 years with the marketing division, and implemented dozens of market research papers.
