With 23 years of waste and resource management experience, I have held three senior management positions at Biffa, ranging from Head of Corporate Accounts, Corporate Account Director, and Commercial Development Manager. The final role was a new proposition and innovation role, identifying new products, services, propositions, and innovations for Biffa. During the role, I wrote over 20 business cases, spent 2 years with the marketing division, and implemented dozens of market research papers. By the end of my tenure, I had brought 3 innovations to market including a mobile app, telemetric devices, and Biffa's first e-commerce platform and first B2C offer - a catalyst for Biffa's digital growth strategy. After 11 years with Biffa I joined Creative Waste Solutions, the ambition was to scale up this small ‘lifestyle’ business to a sustainable high growth business. I implemented foundations to progress to achieve ISO 9001/14001 implementing a full business strategy to deliver financial growth, new system implementation, IMS infrastructure, and a market re-brand.
