Consultancy Requirement Detail

We recycle waste truck and bus radial tires, extracting around 20% of metals as cut wire and bead wire. Currently, we sell these metals without processing. We aim to add value by processing them into higher-margin products for potential export. We're looking for a consultant / consulting company with expertise in metal processing, product development, and market penetration to guide us in this endeavor.
