About the company: Grandeur Recycling Private Limited (GRPL) is into recycling of E waste having HQ in Delhi. The Company is setup a core vision of providing complete solution the ever increasing E waste all across India and outside India. The company has setup its E waste Recycling Plant of over 40000 Sqft in Sonipat Distt of Haryana . Apart from the above, we are also planning to open warehouse spaces pan India backed by integrated IT solution for higher efficiency for collection of ewaste for further processing of the same in our recycling facility. We will also be helping integrate the informal recycling sector and establish an effective electronic take-back program through awareness events and collection drives. Role Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager Operations and Sales located in Sonipat/Delhi . The Manager Operations will be responsible for overseeing all operations of the Plant Located in Sonipat, including legal compliances, purchasing and supply chain management. They will also work closely with Directors to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the company. Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Manager or similar executive position -Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets -Manage and supervise the workforce, including task allocation, setting deadlines, and monitoring performance. -Perform audits and handle quality control issues.DGM Operations may also be entrusted with significant human resource management responsibilities like recruiting, training, and disciplining employees. Optimizing workflows and processes to save time and money. -Monitoring the manufacturing process to ensure quality products, including production planning, production control, and quality control. -Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. Incorporating new technologies, operating systems, and business processes when necessary. Examine data and help forecast any long-term planning -Strong knowledge of all aspects of supply chain management, including procurement, production planning, inventory control, and logistics -Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills -Effective communication and interpersonal skills -Must have at least 10 years of experience in the field of Operations and sales, with at least 5 years in E waste industry -Strong negotiation and contract management skills (both domestic and international)
