Looking for help in complete plastic recycling plant setup

Requirement Description:
We are currently working in scrap trading industry with primary focus on plastic scrap. We are looking to expand into plastic recycling now. We are looking for consultants/companies who can guide us with entire plant setup from scratch to finish. We are open to both hiring a project manager (full time) or part time consultant. We are planning to setup the plant at faridabad location.
