Posting this requirement on behalf of Unicel Autotech India Pvt Ltd. We are looking for Assistance in setting up Li-ion Battery recycling plant. In the expansion phase of Unicel Group, we are in process to establish the Li-ion battery recycling plant in Delhi NCR region with an input raw material capacity of 1000 KG/Day (Day is defined as 24 hrs) black Mass. Our black is having the following specification: - Element Composition (%) Co 18.23 Ni 5.62 Mn 9.8 Li 3.8 Fe 1.8 Al 2.3 Cu 2.5 We request you to share the preliminary estimation of design, equipment and other necessary processes involved to process the 1000 Kg/Day black mass to recover the battery grade Lithium carbonate, Cobalt carbonate, Nickel carbonate, Manganese carbonate and Graphite with high recovery rates. We are looking for companies / consultants who can assist us in this.
