we want to setup a e waste recycling plant. I need a consultant who can work with us from start till end on the project and suggest the right approach and decisions. We will also need him to provide all details such as compliances and certifications required, machinery and infrastructure needed, operating and running cost factors, 3 year ROI and business plan with budget specifications, procurement of raw materials and markets to sell.
