Hello, My name is Iulia Buzila and I work at CAHM EUROPE SA. I need help with ECOVADIS certificate. CAHM EUROPE is a hotel amenities, liquid soaps and solid soaps factory located in Ploiesti, Romania. I have already applied to ECOVADIS myself, in order to get this certificate but I have obtained a 45 score which is very low and I must improve it ASAP. I need help with the following, stated below: Inconclusive documentation on environmental policies No conclusive reporting on environmental issues Inconclusive documentation on labor & human rights policies No conclusive reporting on labor and human rights issues Inconclusive documentation on ethics policies No conclusive documentation regarding corruption risk assessments No conclusive documentation regarding information security risk assessments Inconclusive documentation on sustainable procurement policies No conclusive reporting on sustainable procurement issues Can you please help me? We have gotten the following certificates for our factory: ISO14001_2015, IS0227716_2007, ISO9001_2015. What would be the cost and timing? please advise. thanks! Iulia
