Samay Project Services Limited (SPSL), incorporated in 2001, is in the business of design, engineering,supply, fabrication, erection and commissioning of LP Piping and Appurtenances, Hydrocarbon Pipelines, Fuel oil handling, Tanks and Vessels, Fabricated Structures and Fire Protection and Detection System for the past 23 years and is one of the established EPC Contractors in the Indian Industry.

The Company has executed over 80 projects in piping and appurtenances and over 60 projects in Fire Protection, over the past 23 years, of which, over 50 projects are in the Captive, Co-gen and Thermal Power Plants.  Oil and Gas Projects with IOCL, HPCL also form part of the portfolio. The Company has grown steadily over the past several years.

Engineering and Technical Strengths
The Company has strong engineering and technical strengths,with established industry leading capabilities, to execute; any Piping, IBR piping, Hydrocarbon Pipelines, Fuel oil handling system, Fire Protection and Detection System, in any Port project, Thermal, Solar, Captive or Co-gen Power Plant, within or outside the Country. The Company has also handled port projects in JNPT, India, Fire Protection and Ship bunkering systems in Gabon, West Africa, and Hydrocarbon Systems and Fire detection and suppression systems in Nouakchott, Mauritania.

Procurement
The Company has a very strong procurement and commercial division. Most manufacturers, as per the Vendor List specified in the bid, are currently vendors for other projects of the Company. The strong relationship established with the suppliers will assist the Company, to meet the delivery commitments.

Quality and Safety
The Company has acquired ISO-9001 - 2015 Certification for EPC of Piping System, Tanks and Vessels, and Fire Protection System. The Company is committed to Quality Standards, Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines, and complies fully with the relevant legislations and safety norms. The Company has implemented cloud based software for documentation of all Quality procedures and track non conformances for all projects.

Site Manpower
Presently, around 30 engineers and 200 to 300 skilled and semi skilled workmen are engaged at various con-current sites, who can be mobilized to any site, as per requirement, to accomplish a particular project, well within the stipulated schedule.
