Cross Country Water and Hydrocarbon Pipelines

Samay Project Services Private Limited (Samay) has executed Cross Country Water and Hydrocarbon Pipelines in India and Overseas.  Raw water piping from the river / reservoir to the Plant location has been engineered and erected for a length of 10 km in Karnataka.  Samay has similarly designed, supplied, erected hydrocarbon pipelines for HFO, Gasoline, Diesel, LPG, Jet Fuel from ship unloading station to tank farms.  As part of the project engineering, Samay has carried out stress and surge analysis.  The pipelines and expansion loops of hydrocarbon pipes are engineered based on the same.  Pipeline heating and insulation may be provided for HFO pipelines or such fuel lines which need to be maintained within a certain temperature range.  Based on the nature of the installation, whether above ground in pedestals, or trenches, or underground, suitable corrosion protection arrangements may be provided.  In Underground buried pipelines, cathodic protection system may be necessary to prevent pipeline corrosion.  Wrapping and coating for underground lines and corrosion protection coating for above ground pipes are mandatory for underground and above ground pipelines respectively.  Suitable venting and draining arrangements are provided for the pipelines based on the type of fluid transported.  

The Company employs the latest modelling software from Autocad 3 D Plant for three-dimensional modelling with automated BOQ generation functionalities. The Company uses this software to improve BOM accuracy and understand material change order requirements due to revised layouts.  The software also helps our engineers understand any routing changes required to prevent fouling during the detail engineering phase. The Company is well experienced in handling all types of cross country piping, namely; HDPE, GRP, GRE, Carbon Steel, Ductile Iron, API 5L and alloy steel.   The Company has strong engineering and technical strengths with established industry leading capabilities, to execute; any Cross Country or Hydrocarbon piping for an Industrial or Infrastructure requirement.
