Fire Detection and Suppression Systems

Samay Projects takes up EPC of Fire Detection and Protection Systems comprising Fire Hydrant Systems, High Velocity and Medium Velocity Spray Systems, Sprinkler Systems, Foam, Clean Agent, Inert Gas and Water Mist Fire Suppression Systems as per NFPA guidelines.  Fire and Gas Detection Systems, Fire Alarm Systems are also core part of the systems portfolio.  The Company is vendor independent and engineers the overall system based on approved vendor list for every project.  

The Company has a strong engineering team well versed with all NFPA, OISD and TAC standards.  The Company can either design and engineer a complete system based on overall project specifications and requirements or optionally do the detail engineering in case the overall layout is given by the consultant / client.

The Company has carried out EPC of Fire Detection and Protection System in many Industries and Geographical regions of the World.  The Company specializes in Ports and Infrastructural installations having carried out EPC of Fire Detection and Protection in multiple Ports.  The Company also has carried out installations in Steel Plant, Power Plants, Cogen and Captive Plants, Distilleries, Cement Plants, Industries, Hospitals, Malls and other Commercial Installations.  The Company has executed projects throughout India, and in many places in Middle East and Africa.  The Company started a Dubai Subsidiary for the execution of Fire Detection and Protection Systems in the year 2013.  This division has executed many projects in Middle East and Africa.

The Company has taken VdS approvals for Inert Gas Fire Suppression System IG 55 and IG 100.  The Company also assembles and markets Clean Agent Fire Suppression Systems, FK 5112 and HFC 227 ea, under the brand name “Green Quench”.  The Company has a modern assembly and filling station in Chennai for the assembly and filling of Clean Agent Systems.  The facility is approved by PESO.  

The Company is well experienced in design, engineering, supply and erection and commissioning of turnkey fire detection and suppression systems having executed over 50-60 projects in the last 10 years. The Company utilizes several software packages such as AutoCad, Plant 3D, Inventor. Canute, VdS Clean Agent Flow Calculation during engineering.  The Company is enlisted with all major Consultants and Main Contractors in India and Abroad for the execution of firefighting systems.
