The entire washing line is engineered to ensure a thorough cleaning process through a sequence of precision-designed stages. These include bale unpacking, de-labeling, impurity separation, optical and manual sorting, crushing, pre-washing, hot washing, floating rinses, drying, and eddy current separation. This systematic approach allows the removal of all types of contaminants, such as PVC labels, caps, metal particles, and other non-PET residues.

One of the most significant advantages of the Boxin washing line is its impurity removal performance. The total remaining impurities in the finished bottle flakes are reduced to less than 100 parts per million (ppm), and the water content is consistently maintained between 1.5% to 3%. For applications that demand even higher standards, the system can be integrated with an advanced drying unit to bring moisture content below 1%.

The drying and dewatering section uses high-efficiency centrifugal equipment to reduce water retention, while a suction labeling machine eliminates any final light contaminants from the output flakes. This results in a high-quality product ready for direct market sale or pelletizing.
