Cruncher

Cruncher used for grinding a much wider variety of solids. It is, hexagonal twin shaft, counter rotating with intermeshing cutters and spacers. It is widely used for size reduction crushing for municipal solid waste, animal waste, industrial waste, food waste, organic waste and paper pulp processing. The cruncher has different teeth configuration and thickness to suit wide range of material processed and output size requirement. Material flake size depends on cutter shape, the cutter thickness determines the flake width and the cutter teeth hook distance determines the flake length.
