Pulverizer
Greenfield Tech ProjectsPulverization occurs through the continuous impact of rotating hammers striking liners. Raw material is fed into the rotary feeder from the inlet hopper and falls into the grinding chamber. The strong hammering action breaks the lumps into smaller particles.
Simultaneously, an air stream moving through the Pelletizing Equipment Manufacturer carries the ground material towards the outlet. The Whizzer classifier ensures that oversized particles do not pass through and instead redirects them back into the grinding chamber for further reduction until they reach an acceptable size.
A fan conveys the particles that have passed through the Whizzer to the cyclone collector. The three-way connection between the cyclone and the dust collector (fabric type) ensures that clean air is returned to the mill while maintaining a dust-free environment throughout the operation.
