The paddle dryer operates by drying or cooling materials in paste, particle, powder, or slurry form through a process that includes drying, cooling, heating, sterilizing, reacting, and combustion at low temperatures. Equipped with specialized stirring and material transferring paddles, the dryer ensures high heat transfer efficiency and features a self-cleaning function. The unique rectangular-shaped paddles enhance mixing and stirring while transferring materials efficiently on the heated trough surface.

Our paddle dryer design features rectangular paddles concentrated on a hollow shaft, with heat media flowing through the trough to ensure uniform heating of the chamber. The temperature of the heat media ranges from 40°C to 320°C, maximizing heat utilization and minimizing loss. The trough's U-shaped design, sealed terminal cover, and top cover prevent material leakage, while the self-cleaning paddles ensure minimal maintenance. The system boasts low heat consumption, cost-effectiveness, a wide range of processed materials, minimal pollution, and steady operation due to its effective temperature and humidity control.
