The continuous ball mill features a robust design with three compartments and a screening mechanism. Inside the mill, replaceable liners are installed, with the material and shape of the liners chosen based on the specific grinding requirements. The grinding process begins in the first compartment with large diameter balls to reduce the particle size of the input material. The material then moves to the second compartment for further grinding with smaller balls, and finally, the third compartment uses even finer grinding media for the final stage of grinding. To regulate material levels and control retention time, diaphragms can be installed, ensuring a consistent and precise grinding process.

Our Continuous Ball Mills are ideal for producing fine powder from coarse feed in a single continuous operation. They are suitable for grinding a variety of materials, including ceramics, cement, pencil, paint, chemicals, ink, marble, coal, minerals, and ferro alloys. The mill is equipped with accessories like air classifiers, cyclones, blowers, and dust collectors for a closed-loop system, and it operates efficiently with a girth gear-driven system powered by a gearbox and motor. The design also includes two tiers that rotate on four oil-immersed rollers, providing stable support and smooth operation.
